How this website handles the details you send when you enquire about roof restoration work.
Information the enquiry form collects
The enquiry form asks for the roof need you select, the property suburb, your name and a phone number, and optionally an email address, a description of the work and up to three photographs. Only the details you choose to send are used.
Why it is collected
Your details are used to respond to the enquiry, discuss the roof and arrange any assessment. They are not used for marketing lists and are not sold.
How it is stored
Text answers are kept in your own browser session while you work through the form, and are cleared after a successful submission. Photographs stay in browser memory until the form is sent or the page is closed. When the enquiry is submitted, the details and photographs are processed by the website host and email provider and delivered to us as an email.
Success messages
A success message means the email provider accepted the message. It confirms delivery to the provider, not that we've read it. If delivery fails, the form shows an error and you can call instead.
Overseas processing
Website hosting and email services may process information outside Australia. Only send the information and photographs needed to discuss the roof.
Photographs
Only send photographs you are comfortable sharing for the enquiry, and take them from the ground. Do not climb onto the roof to take a photograph.
Analytics and cookies
Once the website is live it uses Google Analytics to count visits and completed enquiries, so we can see which pages help people get in touch. It sets cookies in your browser. You can turn it off for this browser with the switch below, and the choice is kept on this device. No advertising tracking is used. The browser session storage described above keeps your answers while you complete the form.
